Shipping policy

Please read carefully

We will not respond to inquiries regarding tracking or when items will be shipped, until the timelines specified below have been reached.  Tracking numbers are automatically sent when items are shipped. 

On occasion, labels and tracking numbers are sent, but do not show updates in the carrier system.  This could be due to carrier system issues, our team prepping for shipment or an issue we found with your product prior to shipping.  If there is an issue meeting our shipping policy we will reach out to you.  

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We ship M-F and by request on Saturdays. For Saturday shipping, orders must be placed by 3pm EST on Thursday.  

Pre-Sell Items

All pre-sell items are shipped within 5 business days from the the products release date.  Due to the unreliability of scheduled release dates, in addition to supplier and carrier issues, we cannot guarantee a specific ship day or delivery date. 

You will receive your product within 10 business days of product release, or you may request a refund.  Please contact us via phone for any questions regarding pre-order shipments. 

In Stock Items

All in Stock items are shipped within 5 business days from the the order date.  

Your product will be received within 10 business days of the order being placed, or you may request a a refund.  Certain exceptions are not eligible refunds such as: carrier delays, customer not present for signature, or theft from shipping address.  

Shipping Rates


Free Shipping* on all orders over $199.  On orders with large dimensions or weight, shipping charges may apply regardless of our standard free shipping policy.
All other orders will utilize a flat rate of $9.95.


Shipping Services

 
Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. Both forms of shipping utilize tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects you and Hit Kings Sports Cards. If you desire special handling or expedited service, please contact us and we will arrange custom shipping options.

*FedEx Ground or Express within the continental US.

Where we Ship


Our standard shipping includes shipment to the Continental United States. We do not ship Internationally, including Canada.  

*All merchandise will be shipped only to the individual making the purchase at the address listed on the credit card. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Damage or Loss

 
Hit Kings Sports Cards is not responsible for damages to the product or loss of the product by the carrier. If merchandise is damaged in shipment or is lost in shipment, you (the purchaser) must contact the carrier.  If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipment, please contact us via phone prior to shipment notification and we will be glad to provide you a quote.
